Carriers
The carrier we use to ship your order
depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose,
your address, order size, etc. Rest assured, our shipping department will choose
the carrier that will give you the quickest service unless otherwise specified.
The carrier we choose will not effect your shipping cost. We use the following
carriers to ship orders: UPS and the United States Post Office.
We try to keep as many products as
possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might
not have it in stock or our manufacturing department may not be able to make
it fast enough. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time, but
we will notify you if any of your products are on "backorder". Delivery
time and prices are as follows:
U.S. Orders
We ship anywhere in the continental
United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes,
APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use to
ship your order will depend on where the order is being shipped and also the
size of the order. Orders with overnight shipping will generally leave our warehouse
the same day if your order is placed before noon. Please note that any order
outside the continental U.S. will take longer i.e. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by
12:00 noon will usually be shipped the same business day.
International

All international orders are individualized,
and are to be Phoned in to (828) 835-8071 or Faxed to (828) 835-8074.
REFUND
POLICY
Here at Organic Solutions, customer
service is our mission. We strive in every way possible to make you happy and
satisfied. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may
send the unused portion of the product back within 30 days of your order and
receive a full refund. We will issue you a full refund for the cost of the products
minus your shipping charges.

We will not be responsible for shipping
and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or some other form of
insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make
it back to our warehouse.
Items that are older then 30 days
will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if
you are eligible for a refund. |
